Mo-tiv8 was founded with the belief that fitness is a form of art, a celebration, and an opportunity to feel alive. A place with the desire to combine strength, music, and movement. The founders, with a love for holistic exercise and a background in dance, recognized the need for a place that would not only burn calories but also nourish the soul. And soon Mo-tiv8 was born!

Our exercises involve hip-hop dance, low-impact cardio, and strength training, all set to the cheering and motivating music.
We are aware of how difficult it can be to stay motivated, particularly when working out seems uninteresting or unachievable. We have also been there! But this is where you never let yourself give up. The beat may drop, but we never do. Everything we do is, therefore, intended to keep you interested, motivated, and returning for more. Our options, which range from bite-sized 15-minute ab burners to 50-minute full-body sessions, meet you where you are and help you to reach your maximum!
