Monthly/Annual Memberships: If you are subscribed to one of our membership plans (monthly or annual) for access to our streaming services, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
Refunds: As our streaming services are digital and accessed immediately after payment, we do not offer refunds for the unused portion of your membership. However, we are happy to assist you with any account-related issues.
Booking and Rescheduling: For any pre-booked classes, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, the class will be considered used, and no refunds or rescheduling will be allowed.
Refunds for Class Packages: Refunds for unused classes in a package may be requested within 7 days of purchase. After this period, we do not offer refunds for unused classes in the package, but you may transfer the remaining classes to another person.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original payment method used for the transaction. Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take up to 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
In case of technical issues or service disruptions, Mo-tiv8 will make every effort to restore the service promptly. If you are unable to access our streaming services due to an issue on our end for more than 72 hours, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
Please note that some services, such as virtual workshops, private coaching sessions, or any special promotions, may be non-refundable once the booking or purchase is confirmed.
